NHL Recap for Monday November 21, 2011
Nothing much to report. Couple of cool Mo-vember stashes, but other than that the night was fairly uneventful.
Steve Sullivan scored his 2nd goal of the season and seems to be gelling with the Penguins as they beat the Islanders 5-0. Paul BISSONNETTE logged 5:48 of ice time in a tough loss to the Caps 4-3. “Another minute or 2, we might have lost 6-3” tweeted Bissonette.
Wayne Simmons got a holding penalty and the Flyers continue their roller coaster season losing to Carolina 4-2. Columbus still has a team and actually celebrated Thanksgiving early thanks to Calgary winning 4-1.
Florida 4-3 over “Satan’s” team, the Devils. And finally, no fight, and barely any goals. Bruins 1-Montreal 0. That’s really all that happened last night in the NHL. Hopefully things will pick up tonight?

Crosby to return vs. “Cupcake” Islanders
The day the hockey world has been waiting for (unless you’re a Capitals fan) has finally come. Sidney Crosby is back.
Crosby will take the ice in his first NHL game, since his last one, this Monday vs. the “cupcake” New York Islanders. “What better game to bring him back? It’s like playing against a bunch of broads.” said an unidentified player referring to a brawl filled game last Feb that left the Islanders bloodied and battered (video thanks to hockeyfights.com) .
Crosby has been relatively quiet since he left the league due to head injuries last season. When asked if the “pressure from dudes who have you drafted on their fantasy team” had any role in his decision, he just stared straight ahead, glazed look in his eyes, and said “huh?” Dangeroushockey.com’s repeated attempts to get any comments from the Kid’s team of doctors were answered often, but we forgot to take notes. But rest assured, we think they said some pretty cool shit. They’re doctors for Christ’s sake.
The Islanders plan to see if Ex-UPS driver (see ESPN report) and Islanders alleged “tough guy” Trevor Gillies is available to follow Sid the kid around during the game. “Fuck, he may learn something.” said lifelong Islanders fan, Chris Trem. Islanders hope to have Gillies in spite of it being the UPS “busy holiday season.”
In a completely “unrelated” note, Boston University’s Center for Traumatic Encephalopathy (see cool brain pics) has purchased a loge at the ironically named “Mellon” Arena.

Sorry ladies, Dangeroushockey’s divorce is officially off.
Citing quotes from sources close to the DH camp, the official word is that he and his wife have put the past behind them and been locked up in a room that “oozed sex odors.”
Rocco Tremaglio, the owner of Dangeroushockey could not be reached for comment and has allowed me, some mysterious guy, to write this post. He also wanted me to assure you that he plans to shock the hockey blog world soon and comment more on the launch of DHTV.com.
Finally, it’s widely speculated that Mr. Hockey picked his authentic Columbus Blue Jackets jersey as his official “love-towel” until the happy couple comes up for air.

Am I being too Harsh on Joe “Pope-terno?” Just ask Theo Fleury or Sheldon Kennedy (warning VERY GRAPHIC)
Dear Mr. Paterno,
First off, I hope I have the correct email address for the head coach or anyone else who was involved in this alleged “CHILD RAPE CASE” at Penn State. I’m writing you as my young son begins what is certainly to be a wonderful football career. Until recently, I never thought that a major college program could be so well versed in ” Scumbagism” as it appears THE Penn State University currently is. Ya the bribes and banging hookers etc that the others do, we all know that’s there. But unfortunately for the world, child-sex predators exist everywhere. Even, and often, right under our noses. Judging by the size of your schnozola, you not only smelled it, you were privy to the evidence, or at least the STRONG accusations. Assuming all of this is true, and I’m guessing it is, the question is, what do we do with the legend of Jo Pa? Well, let me tell you right now, first of all, there is no legend. You’re just a football coach. Unfortunately for the world or maybe fortunately, it gives a man like you a position of power? A position to do something and make a difference.
If that difference means sacrificing the life of even 1 child. And when I say sacrifice, I don’t mean kill (because that would be easier). I mean completely ruin the life of a young, innocent child who now has to live with this forever. You’ve made no difference. Everything you’ve ever done, all the kids you “coached” to become better men, better athletes, better students, is all for not. You’re a phony. A complete waste of life. Honestly, the question is what to do with you? Oh by the way, as any parent, I protect my son, my family, as do all parents, from these molesters it appears you allowed to prowl around your boys under the guise of “well it’s just a couple of ass fuckings” and the guy is gone now so let’s get ready for the BIG OHIO STATE GAME! We try. We know the places to be leery of, Churches, Boy Scouts, Wrestling etc. But a MAJOR, MANLY, college football program? A program led by a “legendary” Coach who’s been there forever doing nothing but Godlike work as it pertains to the world of athletics?
Speaking of God and what do we do with you? Again, assuming all the above is true, and it certainly looks like it is (see grand jury report). You are at worst an enabler of a child rapist. At best, actually have no clue. EVERYONE who knew about this is guilty of something, no? So what’s the punishment? If there is a God, which I don’t believe there is, hell is certainly fitting for someone who believes and thinks they should be “forgiven.” But I’m not counting on that. You’re too old to go to jail. Torture? Not sure about that one. So how do you punish an old, decrepit, man who allowed his coaching staff to get away with raping little child??? What do we do? I say nothing. Just let your stupid fucking self rot and die. Your alleged “Legend” will be “I’m the greatest coach of all time, who knowingly allowed my staff to rape little boys in the Nittany Lions showers!!” Pretty cool. At least it wasn’t Western Michigan that the poor kid got sodomized in? All I can say is I’m glad this didn’t happen in your new hockey program!
Regards,
Rocque Trem

NHL gets some personality back as Avery returns to Rangers
Finally something/someone to write about. Just as yours truly couldn’t stay away due to the lure of booze and broads, so says Sean Avery “I’ll be back.” Sure there are plenty of stars in the NHL. Ovi, Stamkos Chara and the likes. These guys are interesting for one reason and one reason only, they can flat out play hockey. But we all know that there’s much more to the entertainment of sports than just skill, work ethic, and of course, winning.
It’s personality. Let’s not discount it, even for a second. Sports fans are drawn to the
“bad boys” just as a Catholic priest is to little boys. Why? Because they are interesting (not sure on priest thing.) And this isn’t easy to do. Take all the other hockey bloggers out there. They aren’t very interesting for the most part and yet, I’m a bozo and Google named us the “World’s greatest hockey blog. (SWEAR, search it)”
This isn’t a learned trait. You either got it (Avery) or you don’t (Paul “Biz Nasty” Bissonnette). Billy Smith, or Grant Fuhr. No matter the sport, these guys/gals exist. And they exist in the form or $$$$. Ratings, merchandise, ticket sales. Think about every major sport and you’ll know who I’m talking about.
So welcome back Sean Avery.
Hope you have more good sex stories to tell, some guys to annoy, and a team to spark back into what we all thought they would be, a contender.
OH, and by the way, lack of personality can have the opposite effect. Just ask KING James.

Dangeroushockey and Emory Girls’ Soccer Break Up
A relationship that was doomed before it even blossomed, the Emory Girls’ soccer team dumps Dangeroushockey.com like an old tire. “Hey, look, we weren’t expecting anything from these young ladies. They seemed nice, but we always suspected they were making fun of the fat ole guy.” DH wouldn’t comment any further as his eyes welled up with what appeared to be great sadness and despair.

Dangeroushockey mobbed by Emory University Ladies Soccer team?
Tho location was odd, the reason odder, the requester, oddly adorable. So I’m sitting with a couple of business geeks from ESPN, having a BIG ad meeting, suddenly I’m approached by a young member of the Emory University ladies soccer team.
“Did you play for the Rangers?” She asked as I had my game worn Brandon Prust jersey on. I replied, “Did you lose a bet?” She smiled and said “No” and continued to ask for the elusive hockey blogger’s autograph. Video
Minutes later we were all fast friends. Posing for photos, exchanging wonderful dialog including but not limited to, the Guizetta (however you f’n spell it) Business School, my old client. I have to say this was a critical turning point for the future of what once was, and should for all intensive purposes continue to be, the world’s greatest hockey blogger.
Getting a divorce is bad enough to stifle one’s creativity. Getting children terrorized by the other side, is not only unacceptable, it’s simply sad. Pathetic what people will stoop to for money.
So girls of Emory, you made my fucking day! Dangeroushockey.com is here for you and now your biggest fan. Let’s go Eagles! Love DH.

F bomb heard by my little boy during Caps-Hurricaines
Max, 7, yelled “Dad, Dad the F word, the F word on the TV. I swear.” ironically. He rewinded and insisted I posted it on DH. So here it is you slugs. Max does the countdown to yet another F bomb tied to America’s team (turn up, hear it at 11 seconds):
