NHL Recap for Monday November 21, 2011

Nothing much to report.  Couple of cool Mo-vember stashes, but other than that the night was fairly uneventful.

Sullivan Blasts 2nd Goal of Season

Steve Sullivan scored his 2nd goal of the season and seems to be gelling with the Penguins as they beat the Islanders 5-0.  Paul BISSONNETTE logged 5:48 of ice time in a tough loss to the Caps 4-3.  “Another minute or 2, we might have lost 6-3” tweeted Bissonette.

Wayne Simmons got a holding penalty and the Flyers continue their roller coaster season losing to Carolina 4-2.  Columbus still has a team and actually celebrated Thanksgiving early thanks to Calgary winning 4-1.

Florida 4-3 over “Satan’s” team, the Devils. And finally, no fight, and barely any goals.  Bruins 1-Montreal 0.  That’s really all that happened last night in the NHL.  Hopefully things will pick up tonight?

About hockeyrocque

It will happen. Cleveland will win a Stanley Cup before any other major sport's trophy. While we admit we are not hockey bloggers that take themselves seriously, we do expect that ESPN hockey coverage needs challenged. It's time people take hockey seriously, and it ain't happening here. Great hockey, stats, scores, highlights. Um no. LOL
