That looks pretty cool and I like the idea! If there was just one thing to improve on though is the text. I don’t know why but that font looks like it belongs more on an essay rather than a hockey jersey.

This would be a great logo for the Olympic hockey team, but replace the Egyptian flag with the globe unfolded.
